Platform questions

Does the platform integrate with our HRMS?
Yes — rosters can flow in via direct HRMS integration, secure file upload or API. SSO with your identity provider is supported so employees never manage a separate password.
Can our transport desk see the same data you see?
That is the point of the platform. Your admins get live dashboards with trip-level detail — the same data our control room works from, not a curated monthly summary.
What happens when the platform is down?
A documented manual-dispatch fallback keeps trips running, and offline trip records reconcile back into MIS once systems recover. Continuity is designed in, not improvised.
Can you run a sample optimisation on our data?
Yes — send an anonymised shift roster and pickup-area spread and we will run a real route optimisation against it, so your first look at the platform uses your own operation, not a demo dataset.
