Send ranges. A rough headcount and shift pattern is enough to start the scoping call — we will refine the model together before anything is priced.
Will you share our details with anyone?
No. Enquiry details stay inside Odohub, are used only to prepare your proposal, and are handled in line with our privacy policy and the DPDP Act.
We're mid-contract with another vendor. Too early?
Not at all — most clients start the conversation three to six months before renewal. A benchmark proposal also gives you real leverage in your current negotiation, and we are fine being that benchmark.
